Colorado Supreme Court Ruled
Donald Trump the former president is declared ineligible for the next presidential ballot. On Tuesday the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that under the insurrection clauses of the U.S. Constitution Donland Trump is ineligible for the next primary billot of the state’s presidential elections.
The court made this decision with 3-4. the judges of the court decided that Trump was not eligible as the candidate for the presidential election Primarily ballot the reason for this decision he had been involved in an insurrection three years ago in the U.S.Capital Riot.
The Constitution’s 14th Amendment’s Section 3 is the first-ever use for disqualification of a presidential candidate.
Donald Trump had similar attempts against him to kick him off the ballot these attempts have failed against him in the states of Michigan, Minnesota, and Hampshire.
Tuesday’s decision has been put on hold until next month and its only exit in the state of Colorado. This is applicable only to the Colorado state’s primary balloting on March 5. Republican voters will choose their most favorite presidential candidate. The effect of this ruling might be on the general elections which held next November.
“We do not come to these conclusions lightly. We recognize the seriousness and importance of the issues now before us,” the judge wrote in his ruling.
“We also be aware of that we have a responsibilities to apply the law. Favoritism or fear not push us to make a decision, influenced by public reaction. we made a decision according to the law .”
The judge of the Colorado court earlier made a decision about the 14th Amendment’s insurrection on presidents did not exist because this is not clearly mentioned in the section. The new ruling made by the Colorado Supreme Court reverses that decision by 3-4.
The court judge also mentioned in his decision, that Donald Trump had been involved in the insurrection US Capitol riot. His supporters attacked on congrees when lawmakers certified Joe Biden as president.
The Supreme Court’s decision did not exist till the 4th of January which is the deadline for printing presidential primary ballot papers.

Steven Cheung also said that Donald Trump would appeal to the US Supreme Court, and Trump’s legal team would make necessary steps to file an appeal swiftly. Where six conservatives outnumber three liberals.

In Lowa Town Trump spoke at the event of his campaign but did not address on ruling parameters. In Fundrasing’s email, he said “This way the dictatorships born.”
Republican Party of Colorado also made the statement that if this ruling still stands they would withdraw from the primary ballot. The last presidential election Trump lost by a big margin. But Tuesday’s ruling is most dangerous for his campaign for the next president. Donald Trump’s campaign could face serious problems.
