Donald Trump the former president is declared ineligible for the next presidential ballot. On Tuesday the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that under the insurrection clauses of the U.S. Constitution Donland Trump is ineligible for the next primary billot of the state’s presidential elections.

The court made this decision with 3-4. the judges of the court decided that Trump was not eligible as the candidate for the presidential election Primarily ballot the reason for this decision he had been involved in an insurrection three years ago in the U.S.Capital Riot.

The Constitution’s 14th Amendment’s Section 3 is the first-ever use for disqualification of a presidential candidate.

Tuesday’s decision has been put on hold until next month and its only exit in the state of Colorado. This is applicable only to the Colorado state’s primary balloting on March 5. “We do not come to these conclusions lightly. We recognize the seriousness and importance of the issues now before us,” the judge wrote in his ruling.

The judge of the Colorado court earlier made a decision about the 14th Amendment’s insurrection on presidents did not exist because this is not clearly mentioned in the section. The new ruling made by the Colorado Supreme Court reverses that decision by 3-4.
