Not only has the fighting impacted Gaza, but it has also made the Israeli-occupied West Bank violent. Israeli forces are reported to have killed five Palestinians, including teenagers, in separate incidents. The military stated that these incidents involved confrontations at checkpoints and attacks on army bases.

The Israeli army has reported the killing of five Palestinian fighters in northern Gaza and additional casualties in southern Khan Younis due to recent air raids. The military claimed to have struck weapons depots in Khan Younis, confiscating various weaponry from Hamas, including AK-47s, handguns, and grenades.

According to the Palestinian Wafa news agency, the latest Israeli air raids resulted in civilian casualties, including women and children. The strikes particularly targeted infrastructure and homes, with a displaced family in western Khan Younis reportedly hit inside a tent.

Deadly Night in Gaza: Over 100 Palestinians Killed in Israeli Attacks

Tragically, Israel’s nighttime air and land assaults across the Gaza Strip resulted in the deaths of over 100 Palestinians. 50 civilian remains were recovered from the wreckage of a residential structure in Gaza City’s heavily populated Al-Daraj district, according to the official Palestinian news agency Wafa.

Families that lived in the targeted building comprised the majority of the casualties.In a separate attack on Sabra and Al-Zeitoun neighborhoods, five Palestinians were killed, and ten others sustained injuries due to artillery shelling. The attacks extended to homes in Tal Al-Hawa and Sheikh Ajleen areas, southwest of Gaza City.

In central Gaza, casualties were reported as missiles struck homes in the Al-Sawarha area and refugee camps in Al-Maghazi and Al-BureijIsraeli bombs on Khan Younis homes also claimed the lives of about thirty Palestinians, including women and children.

85% of Gaza’s population is internally displaced because to the ongoing fighting, and there are severe shortages of basic supplies. The enclave’s infrastructure continues to be severely damaged, with 60% now in ruins, intensifying the humanitarian crisis.
