Responsibilities Of Job
- Analyze, research, and resolve problems related to member accounts and loans.
- Assist members with various loan applications and provide counseling on Navy Federal’s products.
- Ensure proper handling of cash and negotiable instruments.
- Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration.
- Perform platform banking functions and assist lower-level team members.

- May undergo specialized training based on business needs.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
Qualification
- Experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with the credit union environment is a plus.
- Flexible availability Monday to Saturday, based on business needs.
