The post-game reports, especially from Adam Schefter of ESPN seem to suggest that Tyler Higbee is believed to have torn an ACL. Such a devastating injury, especially given that it occurs so late in the season leave questions regarding his availability when opening of 2024 campaign comes.
The tight end had been coping with restrictions during training the following week before and was nowhere near to be seen in Week 18. Even though he was questionable entering the Wild Card game, Higbee showed his resolve by hitting a field.
The 30-year old tight end played an indispensable role during the season, accumulating a total of47 receptions out of his targeted catches numbering seventy.
